Order Processing
NAMI Order Processing and Delivery Services
At NAMI, we are committed to providing efficient and convenient order processing and delivery services, ensuring you receive your desired swimwear products as soon as possible. Below are our order processing procedures and delivery information.
Order Confirmation Process
After placing an order, we will process it according to the following steps:
- After order submission, the system will automatically send an order confirmation email.
- Our team will verify stock availability within 48 hours.
- Once stock is confirmed, we will notify you via WhatsApp or email.
- In case of out-of-stock items, we will contact you immediately to discuss alternatives or a refund.
Please note: Due to potential discrepancies between website stock and actual warehouse inventory, the final stock status will be based on our team's confirmation notification. We will do our best to ensure the accuracy of the website's stock information.
Delivery Services
NAMI currently uses SF Express for delivery services within Hong Kong:
- All confirmed orders will be shipped via SF Express.
- Orders within Hong Kong are usually received the afternoon of the day after shipment.
- Upon shipment, you will receive a notification with a tracking number.
- If the delivery address is residential, SF Express may arrange for pickup at a nearby convenience store or SF Express service point.
To ensure smooth delivery, please provide an accurate contact number for the courier company to reach you.

- Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays: Irregular service
Please note: Orders are not processed for shipment on weekends and public holidays. All orders placed on weekends will be processed on the next business day.

Returns and Exchanges
NAMI Return and Exchange Policy
At NAMI, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products and services. We understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange an item, which is why we have established a simple and clear policy to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process.
Shipping Information
Once your order is confirmed, we will process your items as quickly as possible:
- Hong Kong Region: Generally takes 2-4 working days
- Asia Region: Generally takes 4-10 working days
- Other International Regions: Generally takes 7-14 working days
We typically process your order within 24 hours (excluding public holidays and Sundays) and provide a tracking number via email. Free shipping is available for purchases of HK$300 or more; a shipping fee of HK$30 will be charged for purchases under HK$300.
Return Policy
Eligible for Return
We accept return requests under the following circumstances:
- Received damaged or defective items
- Received items that do not match the order
- Dissatisfaction with the item for personal reasons (must be in brand new, unused condition)
Not Eligible for Return
Returns will not be accepted in the following situations:
- Used, washed, or damaged items
- Items missing original tags, labels, or packaging
- Items missing free gifts or accessories that came with the product
- Exceeded the 7-day return period from receipt of goods
- Sale items (items priced at less than 30% of original price or marked as FINAL SALE)
Exchange Policy
We allow customers to exchange items for a different color or size of the same style (subject to stock availability). Each item is eligible for exchange only once and must follow the procedure below:
- Contact our customer service team to obtain exchange authorization
- Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item
- Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, we will arrange to send the new item
- If the desired style/size/color is out of stock, we will issue a refund
Exchange Procedure
Please follow these steps for an exchange:
- Contact our customer service team via email within 7 days of receiving the item
- Provide your order number, information about the item to be exchanged, and the desired size/color
- After receiving exchange authorization, send the item back to our address
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the exchange within 3-5 working days
Refund Process
Once a return is approved, we will process the refund via the original payment method:
- Credit Card (via PayPal): Refunds take 4-6 weeks to process
- Alipay: Refunds take 2-3 weeks to process
Please note that fluctuations in international exchange rates may affect the final refund amount, and NAMI is not responsible for this.
