After placing an order, we will process it according to the following steps:

After order submission, the system will automatically send an order confirmation email.
Our team will verify stock availability within 48 hours.
Once stock is confirmed, we will notify you via WhatsApp or email.
In case of out-of-stock items, we will contact you immediately to discuss alternatives or a refund.

NAMI currently uses SF Express for delivery services within Hong Kong:

All confirmed orders will be shipped via SF Express.
Orders within Hong Kong are usually received the afternoon of the day after shipment.
Upon shipment, you will receive a notification with a tracking number.
If the delivery address is residential, SF Express may arrange for pickup at a nearby convenience store or SF Express service point.

To ensure smooth delivery, please provide an accurate contact number for the courier company to reach you.

Returns and Exchanges

Shipping Information

Once your order is confirmed, we will process your items as quickly as possible:

Hong Kong Region: Generally takes 2-4 working days
Asia Region: Generally takes 4-10 working days
Other International Regions: Generally takes 7-14 working days

We typically process your order within 24 hours (excluding public holidays and Sundays) and provide a tracking number via email. Free shipping is available for purchases of HK$300 or more; a shipping fee of HK$30 will be charged for purchases under HK$300.

We accept return requests under the following circumstances:

Received items that do not match the order
Dissatisfaction with the item for personal reasons (must be in brand new, unused condition)

Exchange Policy

Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, we will arrange to send the new item
If the desired style/size/color is out of stock, we will issue a refund
