Ship the item back within 10 days of receiving authorization, and cover the return shipping costs.
Once we receive the item and confirm it meets the requirements, we will process the exchange within 3 to 5 business days and arrange for shipment.

Standard exchange shipping policy: return shipping costs are covered by the customer; shipping costs for the replacement item are covered by NAMI.

For damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items, please contact customer service first to confirm processing and shipping arrangements.

Stock and Out-of-Stock Arrangements

Stock levels fluctuate based on sales; we cannot guarantee that the desired color or size will be in stock at the time of exchange.

If the requested item is out of stock, we will contact you to arrange a refund. We recommend confirming sizing before purchasing; if you have any questions, please feel free to ask us.

IV. Exchanges in Other Regions

Orders outside of Hong Kong and Macau are currently ineligible for general exchanges for size, color, or style. We recommend referring to the size guide before purchasing or contacting customer service for confirmation.

If you wish to return an item for personal reasons, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to confirm if the item is eligible for return and for instructions on how to send it back.

If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact us for follow-up; these cases are not subject to the general exchange restrictions above.
