Shipping Information

Once your order is confirmed, we will process your items as quickly as possible:

Hong Kong Region: Generally takes 2-4 working days
Asia Region: Generally takes 4-10 working days
Other International Regions: Generally takes 7-14 working days

We typically process your order within 24 hours (excluding public holidays and Sundays) and provide a tracking number via email. Free shipping is available for purchases of HK$300 or more; a shipping fee of HK$30 will be charged for purchases under HK$300.

Return Policy

Eligible for Return

We accept return requests under the following circumstances:

Received damaged or defective items
Received items that do not match the order
Dissatisfaction with the item for personal reasons (must be in brand new, unused condition)

Not Eligible for Return

Returns will not be accepted in the following situations:

Used, washed, or damaged items
Items missing original tags, labels, or packaging
Items missing free gifts or accessories that came with the product
Exceeded the 7-day return period from receipt of goods
Sale items (items priced at less than 30% of original price or marked as FINAL SALE)

Exchange Policy

We allow customers to exchange items for a different color or size of the same style (subject to stock availability). Each item is eligible for exchange only once and must follow the procedure below:

Contact our customer service team to obtain exchange authorization
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item
Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, we will arrange to send the new item
If the desired style/size/color is out of stock, we will issue a refund

Exchange Procedure

Please follow these steps for an exchange:

Contact our customer service team via email within 7 days of receiving the item
Provide your order number, information about the item to be exchanged, and the desired size/color
After receiving exchange authorization, send the item back to our address
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the exchange within 3-5 working days

Once a return is approved, we will process the refund via the original payment method:

Credit Card (via PayPal): Refunds take 4-6 weeks to process
Alipay: Refunds take 2-3 weeks to process

Please note that fluctuations in international exchange rates may affect the final refund amount, and NAMI is not responsible for this.
