Exchange and Refund

NAMI Return and Exchange Policy

At NAMI, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products and services. We understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange an item, which is why we have developed a simple and clear policy to ensure the entire process is smooth and hassle-free.

Shipping Information

Once your order is confirmed, we will process your items as quickly as possible:

  • Hong Kong: Typically 2-4 business days
  • Asia: Typically 4-10 business days
  • Other International Regions: Typically 7-14 business days

Transportation of commodity goods

We usually process your order within 24 hours (excluding public holidays and Sundays) and provide a tracking number via email. Free shipping is available for purchases over HK$300; for purchases under HK$300, a shipping fee of HK$30 will be charged.

Return Policy

Eligible for Return

We accept return requests under the following circumstances:

  • Received damaged or defective items
  • Received items that do not match the order
  • Dissatisfaction with items for personal reasons (must be in new, unused condition)

Not Eligible for Return

Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • Used, washed, or damaged items
  • Items missing original tags, labels, or packaging
  • Items missing accompanying gifts or accessories
  • Beyond the 7-day return period from receipt of goods
  • Sale items (items priced at less than 30% off or marked FINAL SALE)

Exchange Policy

We allow customers to exchange items for a different color or size of the same style (subject to stock availability). Each item is limited to one exchange only and must follow the procedure below:

  1. Contact our customer service team to obtain exchange authorization.
  2. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item.
  3. After we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, we will arrange to send the new item.
  4. If the desired style/size/color is out of stock, we will issue a refund.

Exchange Process

Please follow these steps for an exchange:

  1. Contact our customer service team via email within 7 days of receiving the item.
  2. Provide your order number, information on the item to be exchanged, and the desired size/color.
  3. After receiving exchange authorization, send the item back to our address.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the exchange within 3-5 business days.

Refund Process

Once a return is approved, we will process the refund via the original payment method:

  • Credit Card (via PayPal): Refunds take 4-6 weeks to process.
  • Alipay: Refunds take 2-3 weeks to process.

Please note that NAMI is not responsible for fluctuations in international exchange rates that may affect the final refund amount.

Important Reminders

  • Please return the item within 10 days of receiving return authorization.
  • When returning a set, please ensure all accessories are complete.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method.
  • Please clearly mark your order number on the package.
