NAMI Order Processing and Delivery Service
At NAMI, we are committed to providing efficient and convenient order processing and delivery services so that you can receive your favorite swimwear products as soon as possible. Below is our order processing flow and delivery information.
Order Confirmation Process
After placing an order, we will process your order according to the following process:
- After the order is submitted, the system will automatically send an order confirmation email.
- Our team will verify the inventory within 48 hours.
- Once stock is confirmed, we will notify you via WhatsApp or email.
- In case of out-of-stock situations, we will contact you immediately to discuss alternative solutions or refunds.
Please note: Due to potential time differences between website inventory and actual warehouse stock, the final inventory status will be subject to our team's confirmation notice. We will do our best to ensure the accuracy of website inventory information.
Delivery Service
NAMI currently uses SF Express/JD Logistics for delivery services in Hong Kong:
- All confirmed orders will be shipped via SF Express/JD Express.
- Orders in Hong Kong usually arrive the afternoon after shipment.
- Upon shipment, you will receive a notification with a tracking number.
- If the delivery address is residential, SF Express may arrange for pickup at a nearby convenience store or SF Express station.
To ensure smooth receipt of goods, please provide an accurate contact number so that the courier company can contact you.
Service Hours
Our customer service team is available during the following hours:
- Monday to Friday: 10 AM to 6 PM
- Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays: Irregular service
Please note: Orders are not shipped on weekends and public holidays. All weekend orders will be processed on the next business day.
