Order Confirmation Process

After placing an order, we will process your order according to the following process:

• After the order is submitted, the system will automatically send an order confirmation email.
• Our team will verify the inventory within 48 hours.
• Once stock is confirmed, we will notify you via WhatsApp or email.

Delivery Service

NAMI currently uses SF Express/JD Logistics for delivery services in Hong Kong:

• All confirmed orders will be shipped via SF Express/JD Express.
• Orders in Hong Kong usually arrive the afternoon after shipment.
• Upon shipment, you will receive a notification with a tracking number.
• If the delivery address is residential, SF Express may arrange for pickup at a nearby convenience store or SF Express station.

NAMI Return and Exchange Policy
