NAMI Order Processing and Delivery Service
At NAMI, we are committed to providing efficient and convenient order processing and delivery services so that you can receive your favorite swimwear products as soon as possible. Below is our order processing flow and delivery information.
Order Confirmation Process
After placing an order, we will process your order according to the following process:
- After the order is submitted, the system will automatically send an order confirmation email.
- Our team will verify the inventory within 48 hours.
- Once stock is confirmed, we will notify you via WhatsApp or email.
- In case of out-of-stock situations, we will contact you immediately to discuss alternative solutions or refunds.
Please note: Due to potential time differences between website inventory and actual warehouse stock, the final inventory status will be subject to our team's confirmation notice. We will do our best to ensure the accuracy of website inventory information.
Delivery Service
NAMI currently uses SF Express/JD Logistics for delivery services in Hong Kong:
- All confirmed orders will be shipped via SF Express/JD Express.
- Orders in Hong Kong usually arrive the afternoon after shipment.
- Upon shipment, you will receive a notification with a tracking number.
- If the delivery address is residential, SF Express may arrange for pickup at a nearby convenience store or SF Express station.
To ensure smooth receipt of goods, please provide an accurate contact number so that the courier company can contact you.

Returns and Exchanges
NAMI Return and Exchange Policy
At NAMI, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products and services. We understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange an item, which is why we have developed a simple and clear policy to ensure the entire process is smooth and hassle-free.
Shipping Information
Once your order is confirmed, we will process your items as quickly as possible:
- Hong Kong: Typically 2-4 business days
- Asia: Typically 4-10 business days
- Other International Regions: Typically 7-14 business days
We usually process your order within 24 hours (excluding public holidays and Sundays) and provide a tracking number via email. Free shipping is available for purchases over HK$300; for purchases under HK$300, a shipping fee of HK$30 will be charged.
Return Policy
Eligible for Return
We accept return requests under the following circumstances:
- Received damaged or defective items
- Received items that do not match the order
- Dissatisfaction with items for personal reasons (must be in new, unused condition)
Not Eligible for Return
Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:
- Used, washed, or damaged items
- Items missing original tags, labels, or packaging

Exchange Policy
We allow customers to exchange items for a different color or size of the same style (subject to stock availability). Each item is limited to one exchange only and must follow the procedure below:
- Contact our customer service team to obtain exchange authorization.
- Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item.
- After we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, we will arrange to send the new item.
- If the desired style/size/color is out of stock, we will issue a refund.
Exchange Process
Please follow these steps for an exchange:

- Provide your order number, information on the item to be exchanged, and the desired size/color.
- After receiving exchange authorization, send the item back to our address.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the exchange within 3-5 business days.
Refund Process
Once a return is approved, we will process the refund via the original payment method:
- Credit Card (via PayPal): Refunds take 4-6 weeks to process.
- Alipay: Refunds take 2-3 weeks to process.
