After placing an order, we will process it according to the following steps:

  • After order submission, the system will automatically send an order confirmation email.
  • Our team will verify stock availability within 48 hours.
  • Once stock is confirmed, we will notify you via WhatsApp or email.
  • In case of out-of-stock items, we will contact you immediately to discuss alternatives or a refund.

NAMI currently uses SF Express for delivery services within Hong Kong:

  • All confirmed orders will be shipped via SF Express.
  • Orders within Hong Kong are usually received the afternoon of the day after shipment.
  • Upon shipment, you will receive a notification with a tracking number.
  • If the delivery address is residential, SF Express may arrange for pickup at a nearby convenience store or SF Express service point.

Shipping Information

Once your order is confirmed, we will process your items as quickly as possible:

  • Hong Kong Region: Generally takes 2-4 working days
  • Asia Region: Generally takes 4-10 working days
  • Other International Regions: Generally takes 7-14 working days

We typically process your order within 24 hours (excluding public holidays and Sundays) and provide a tracking number via email. Free shipping is available for purchases of HK$300 or more; a shipping fee of HK$30 will be charged for purchases under HK$300.

Eligible for Return

We accept return requests under the following circumstances:

  • Received damaged or defective items
  • Received items that do not match the order
  • Dissatisfaction with the item for personal reasons (must be in brand new, unused condition)

Not Eligible for Return

Returns will not be accepted in the following situations:

  • Used, washed, or damaged items
  • Items missing original tags, labels, or packaging
  • Items missing free gifts or accessories that came with the product
  • Exceeded the 7-day return period from receipt of goods

Exchange Policy

We allow customers to exchange items for a different color or size of the same style (subject to stock availability). Each item is eligible for exchange only once and must follow the procedure below:

  1. Contact our customer service team to obtain exchange authorization
  2. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item
  3. Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, we will arrange to send the new item
  4. If the desired style/size/color is out of stock, we will issue a refund

Exchange Procedure
