Please confirm return shipping costs and other related fees with customer service before shipping.

VI. Refund Arrangements

Once a return is approved and the item inspection is completed, we will process the refund via the original payment method.

The following are estimated processing and arrival times; actual times depend on the payment platform and issuing bank:

Credit Card (via PayPal): Estimated 4 to 6 weeks.
Alipay: Estimated 2 to 3 weeks.

If the refund involves a currency conversion, the final amount received may differ from the original payment due to exchange rates or fees charged by the payment platform or bank.

If you have not received your refund after the estimated time, please contact us and check with your payment provider or bank.
