Order Confirmation Process

After placing an order, we will process your order according to the following process:

After the order is submitted, the system will automatically send an order confirmation email.
Our team will verify the inventory within 48 hours.
Once stock is confirmed, we will notify you via WhatsApp or email.
In case of out-of-stock situations, we will contact you immediately to discuss alternative solutions or refunds.

Please note: Due to potential time differences between website inventory and actual warehouse stock, the final inventory status will be subject to our team's confirmation notice. We will do our best to ensure the accuracy of website inventory information.

Delivery Service

NAMI currently uses SF Express/JD Logistics for delivery services in Hong Kong:

All confirmed orders will be shipped via SF Express/JD Express.
Orders in Hong Kong usually arrive the afternoon after shipment.
Upon shipment, you will receive a notification with a tracking number.
If the delivery address is residential, SF Express may arrange for pickup at a nearby convenience store or SF Express station.

To ensure smooth receipt of goods, please provide an accurate contact number so that the courier company can contact you.

Returns and Exchanges

Shipping Information

Once your order is confirmed, we will process your items as quickly as possible:

Hong Kong: Typically 2-4 business days
Asia: Typically 4-10 business days
Other International Regions: Typically 7-14 business days

Transportation of commodity goods

We usually process your order within 24 hours (excluding public holidays and Sundays) and provide a tracking number via email. Free shipping is available for purchases over HK$300; for purchases under HK$300, a shipping fee of HK$30 will be charged.

We accept return requests under the following circumstances:

Exchange Policy

We allow customers to exchange items for a different color or size of the same style (subject to stock availability). Each item is limited to one exchange only and must follow the procedure below:

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item.
After we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, we will arrange to send the new item.
If the desired style/size/color is out of stock, we will issue a refund.

After receiving exchange authorization, send the item back to our address.
